This is the published original art the Ed Brubaker Michael Lark run on Daredevil beginning in 2006. 
 
The original is drawn in pencils by hand by Michael lark on a piece of 8 1/2 X 11 lightweight paper. (not shown in description)
 
Stefano Gaudiano printed the pencils in bluelines and then inked the panels on two different pieces of artboard, one measuring 9 X 13" and the other on a piece of 11 X 12 2/3" Comic Art Paper.
 

All 3 pieces of art come together for the marked price.

Panels 1-3 feature Foggy and Matt in his Daredevil costume talking.
