This is the original painted cover art for Spider-man Invasion of the Spider Slayers Trade Paperback.  This graphic novel reprinted the Amazing Spider-man Issues 368 - 373 Invasion of the Spider Slayers storyline in 1995.

The painting was done in acrylics on a piece of 24 x 30“ illustration board.
