This Supergirl cover was created in 2016 to be published by DC Comics.  They held it until just recently and decided not to use it.  The pencils are drawn by Paolo Rivera on a piece of 11 x 17" comic art board, with the inks also by Paolo Rivera on a separate piece of 11 x 17" comic art board.  They come together as a set.
