This the original comic art contracted by Broadway Comics (Jim Shooter's company) for one of their books in April of 1996.  Hoang is unsure whether this piece was ever published, but it could have been.

The original art is drawn in pencils by Hoang Nguyen with Inks by Andrew Pepoy on a piece of 11x17" Broadway Comics branded comic art board.
