This is the original published cover art to The Tick's Golden Age Comic, published in Feb. 2003 by New England Comic Press (NECP). 

The Cover is drawn in pencils & inks by Tick & Arthur writer & artist Sean Wang on a piece of 11X17" Artboard.

This cover features Brenda Bonet longingly missing the Tick as he fights bad guys through the window.  This issue was meant to pay homage to the Golden Age Romance books of the 1940's.
