This is the published original art the Ed Brubaker Michael Lark run on Daredevil beginning in 2006. 

The original is drawn in pencils by hand by Michael lark.  He inked the figures and then on the same board Stefano Gaudiano inked the backgrounds on a piece of 11 X 17" Comic Art Paper.

Some of the smaller text in panel 1 was printed on the board, but the remainder was inked over printed text.
