This is the published Interior art to a Rogue Trooper story published in 2000AD Prog 2413.
The art is drawn in pencils and inks on a piece of A3 (11 2/3 X 16 1/2") Schoeller paper by Ilias Kyriazis. This paper is just slightly thinner (by 50g) than typical american art board.
There is a bend running across panels 3 & 4 on the page.
