Paolo is quickly becoming one of Marvel's hot young painters. He began his professional career working with Jim Krueger on a number of his personal projects and pitches including Children of the Left Hand Promotional Teaser, including 2 covers, 6 pages of interior art, and 1 poster and various other covers and pin-ups.
Thanks in part to Jim, he began work for the House of Ideas in 2002 with Marvel Double-Shot #2, an 11 page Dr. Doom painted story. He has since painted a number of covers including the cover to Iron Man # 63, Hawkeye Iss 1, Fantastic Four # 500, X-Men Unlimited Iss 48 featuring Wolverine, Captain America: What Price Glory? #4, Silver Surfer 6, 9 & one yet to be numbered one.
He recently painted the cover and complete interiors to Spectacular Spiderman Iss 14. Paolo also did the sculpture design for a Mystique Bust produced by Dynamic Forces.
